Justin Garrett, a native of Las Cruces, New Mexico, came to Florida with the U.S. Navy in 2000 and upon receiving his honorable discharge, joined Watson Realty Corp. in 2008.

After only a year, he was promoted to Office Manager for the Atlantic/Neptune Beach office within the Property Management Division, and after several successful years, he was asked to help grow the Property Management team in St. Johns County.

In 2014, Justin was promoted to Regional Manager of the Property Management Coastal Florida offices, which encompassed St. Johns County through Port St. Lucie.

In February of 2020, Justin was named Executive Vice President where he oversees the Property Management Division’s day-to-day operations.
